Salty Rose Charcuterie- Thompson Sanitary Ribbon Cutting

On May 29, 2026 Salty Rose Charcuterie catered Thompson Sanitary’s ribbon cutting for their new recycling center. Representative David Gomberg and county commissioner Walter Chuck attended, among other community members.

The food for the event was prepared in Central Coast Food Web’s rentable commercial kitchen space.
