Local Ocean 100 percent Fish Production Program

Last week Local Ocean welcomed two interns onto their 100 percent Fish Production Program.

Jewlyana Lodge and Hussain Alrumaih will be assisting in the production of two product lines, fish skin dog treat and fish bone broth. The program is operated out the Central Coast Food Web’s Seafood Processing Facility and Commercial Kitchen spaces. They are overseen by Darlene Khalafi, Business Innovation Specialist and Jason Gonzales, Seafood Production and Logistics Coordinator for Local Ocean.
