Request for Proposals: Newport Fishermen’s Cooperative Feasibility Study

Central Coast Food Web is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a business, financial, market and technical feasibility study for a potential producer-owned seafood aggregation and marketing cooperative in Newport, Oregon.

The project will evaluate potential business models, markets, financial feasibility, infrastructure and operating requirements, capitalization needs, and the conditions necessary for a viable first-stage business. The work will provide an independent assessment and help determine whether and how the project should move forward.

Maximum contract budget: $25,000
Proposals due: November 6, 2026
Anticipated project completion: January 30, 2027
