Surplus Steelhead Distribution

On Monday July 27th Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife delivered 107 summer steelhead from their fish trap on the Siletz River. The fish were processed in the Central Coast Food Web seafood processing facility. Thanks to our partner, Local Ocean’s filleters and our team of volunteers who worked tirelessly to get the fish ready for distribution. Food Shared of Lincoln County will distribute 1,844 meals to community members in need.
